Many students favor 1-2-1 sessions as this allows you to be introduced to an exercise regime on your own terms, with a plan tailored to your specific fitness goals. As a teacher, I’m able to assess the students bio-mechanics individually and provide a suited exercise regime to weed out postural imbalances and optimise physical health.
Our initial 1-2-1 class will include a postural assessment, which involves me analysing your movements and going through corrective exercises over the session. As we move through the practice, I’ll explain where I see muscular tightness/weakness and what use the exercises we go through will have specifically to your body.
Those that opt for a 1-2-1 package will have a continued exercise plan that we’ll build upon weekly.
