Online Classes

I’m currently teaching classes live via Zoom.

Though I teach various styles of fitness – all of my classes have one common theme: exercises to improve posture. This involves core strengthening poses, strengthening exercises for the posterior chain (backside of the body – very necessary for strong posture) and exercises to improve mobility across the entire body – from the feet, to the hips and shoulders!

Tuesday’s Upper Body Conditioning 6:30-7pm

Via Zoom. This class is practiced from standing and focuses purely on the upper body (neck & shoulders), which we look to stretch out, mobilise and strengthen over the session. You will need a resistance band for this session. The ideal class if you’re looking to combat rounded shoulders.

Thursday’s Yogalates 8-8:45am

Via Zoom. As the name suggests, this class is a combination of yoga and pilates. We practice a mixture of core strengthening exercises, stretches and balancing poses, in conjunction with resistant band work for our shoulders. This is a whole body workout (working the neck, all the way down to our feet!).

I would strongly recommend you purchase a resistance band (if you are looking to join my yogalates classes or upper body conditioning class), which you can purchase on eBay here at a cheap rate. Alternative exercises will be provided for those without a band.

Classes are mostly mixed level ability – I give easy, intermediate and sometimes advanced options on exercises.

You will receive your Zoom code shortly after payment (the email you register the payment from, will be the email the Zoom code gets sent to).
