Online Classes

I’m currently teaching classes live via Zoom.

I teach various styles of fitness – but all of my classes have common themes: exercises to improve posture, stability and movement. This involves a combination of exercises that targets the body as a whole, from the neck and shoulders all the way down to our feet (and everything in-between).

I currently have two classes, one that focuses on the upper body and the other that focuses on the lower body (see below for more details).

In terms of improving our overall posture, our bodies are made up of parts that act like a system of chain links, one part influences the other. Hence, I address the body as a whole through two separate sessions.

Tuesday’s Upper Body Conditioning 6:30-7pm

Via Zoom. This class is practiced from standing and focuses purely on the upper body (neck & shoulders), which we look to stretch out, mobilise and strengthen over the session. You will need a resistance band for this session. The ideal class if you’re looking to combat rounded shoulders.

Thursday’s Yogalates 8-8:45am

Via Zoom. As the name suggests, it’s my combination of yoga and pilates, involving a mixture of core exercises, functional movements and stretches to improve our posture, movement and coordination. This class is a whole body, low impact workout with more focus on developing our core stability and lower strength.

I would strongly recommend you purchase a resistance band (if you are looking to join my yogalates classes or upper body conditioning class), which you can purchase on eBay here at a cheap rate. Alternative exercises will be provided for those without a band.

Classes are mostly mixed level ability – I give easy, intermediate and sometimes advanced options on exercises.

You will receive your Zoom code shortly after payment (the email you register the payment from, will be the email the Zoom code gets sent to).
