Postural Correction Videos

A regular yoga inspired practice for office workers has been proven to have significant health benefits. Back pain, bad posture, weakened core and heightened stress levels are common health ailments for city workers. In the UK, roughly 80% of the office related health ailments in 2014/15 were musculoskeletal disorders (postural imbalances), or stress, depression or anxiety.

How To Fix The Problem?

Exercises that target the muscular imbalances from desk work are necessary to improve posture and to prevent the deterioration of spinal health.

We need to stretch out the areas of the body that have become tight, in addition to strengthening the parts of the body that have lengthened and become weak.

Always be mindful and listen to your body if a specific exercise triggers pain, particularly if you have an injury.
